The email template can be customized.

1. Find the marketing template from shopify marketing.

3. Open and Edit it , Then you can see edit email

4. Then you may be need to add some customization liquid code to implement your needs

You can find and translate it from Online Store > Themes > Edit default theme content

Search "unsubscribe" then you can see and edit
