We have noticed several e-Commerce stores for sale (including ours) on the Shopify Exchange are not sync the data from the Shopify platform into the listings.
Potential buyers are complaining about this issue and it is greatly affecting our business.
We contacted Shopify several times over the past 2 months and a resolution timeline
was never given.
Is Shopify ever going to fix this major issue on the Shopify Exchange platform?
Last data updated is in July 2022, we are now in mid October 2022.

I understand that it has been frustrating for the Exchange app to be missing some performance data while potential buyers are looking at your listing. While I'm not able to provide a resolution timeline, I can assure you that our developers are investigating and working to fix this issue.
In the meantime, you can use the 'Other details about profit' section to include any missing performance data. Additionally, you can include screenshots from your analytics page.
