Shopify expert made mistake and wont respond

I paid $80 for a shopify expert to help with a coding issue and he ended up doing another issue. Can shopify help rectify this?

Possibly not as I assume the contract is between you and the Expert, worth opening a ticket with Shopify to confirm.
