the issue page in Shopify Facebook shows activate again. Products are in stock and active. Can you check to see why the items are not corrected.

Hello @Kanderson1!

I am not sure I understand your query completely - could you please clarify this for me? Do you currently have products published to Facebook? If your products are not publishing and you're wondering why - could it be that they do not meet the Facebook requirements? If you want a product to be available on Facebook, then the product must meet a few requirements:

  • it needs to be available to Facebook
  • it needs to require shipping, so it can't be a digital product
  • it needs to have a return policy
  • it needs to have a product title that is less than 100 characters and not in all caps
  • it needs to have a product description
  • it needs to have a product image
  • it needs to be eligible according to Facebook's Commerce Policy and can't be in violation of Facebook's Community Standards
  • it can't be free.
