Shopify Form App inline form not showing up on mobile

Using the Shopify Forms App. The inline form is showing up on our website (www.stumblinggoat.com/pages/bulk-orders) but not on mobile. When I'm customizing my store, the form shows up in the website AND the mobile view, but doesn't show up on a mobile device.

Can you look again? Now, it's not showing up on the regular website either. Uggh

I can still see it, however it takes 3 to 4 seconds to load. Btw, what do you mean by regular website?
I'm checking on android chrome, what browser are you looking at?

So odd. My son and I both looked on Safari on our iphones and nothing comes up. 

And then it doesn't come up on my PC on Chrome OR on Edge.

I would suggest you to create another form for testing and use that form instead to see if it appears on your mobile, and try it on incognito mode as well.

I tried creating a new page and nothing different. But now I went back to other page and now it's working. What the...
