Shopify Form - Pop Up Placement

No matter what settings I change for the Shopify pop-up email form It shows up within 3 seconds of my page loading on the first page. 

I've tried changing it to only show on the second page, tried making it wait 10 seconds before showing, etc... nothing works..

Is there liquid somewhere in the admin that I can view to change the location and time for it to load? My page is here - https://devildaves.com
