Hello everyone,
I'm new to using Shopify forms and have recently created my first inquiry form. This form allows customers to input product data and select the specific job they'd like to be done on their product, such as cleaning or repair, among others. The expectation is that the data submitted through this form should be sent to the email address associated with my Shopify account. Additionally, I should be able to track the number of successfully submitted forms within the Shopify app.
However, despite completing the entire setup process and testing the form multiple times, I have encountered a problem. No data has been sent to my email address, and the count of submissions in the app remains at zero, even though I've attempted to submit the form around 10 times.
Has anyone else faced a similar issue? I would greatly appreciate it if someone could provide support or guidance on how to resolve this matter.
