Shopify Inbox App not showing on my store

I installed the Shopify Inbox app a few days ago, but it's not showing on my store. I've double-checked the settings, cleared all cookies and cache, and tried different browsers, but none of those solutions worked. Is there any workaround or code I can add to fix this issue? I'm using the Warehouse 2.0 theme.

Hi Mac,

Thank you for your prompt response. I've conducted a test with a plain theme, and the Shopify Inbox was working perfectly. However, the issue persists when using my current theme, Warehouse 2.0.

I'm seeking guidance on how to resolve this issue, your assistance in this matter would be highly appreciated.
