Shopify Inbox... How to I know what product a customer is viewing?

So a customer is looking at a product and asks "Will this fit my car?" or "does this come in Red?". 

How do I know what product this customer is viewing in order to properly reply?

Surely I don't have to ask the customer to explain themselves. do I?
