App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
It would be great to be able to have a product as part of a quick reply. Right now it is text only so I can't even put a link to the page as it just goes into the chat as text which will just be frustrating to users to try and copy paste a URL that likely wraps to multiple lines.
Being able to link to an FAQ page or other page on the site would be very helpful.
