It would be great to be able to have a product as part of a quick reply. Right now it is text only so I can't even put a link to the page as it just goes into the chat as text which will just be frustrating to users to try and copy paste a URL that likely wraps to multiple lines.
Being able to link to an FAQ page or other page on the site would be very helpful.

Agree! When someone asks something like - Do we ship internationally, it would be nice to be able to link to a page that addresses where we do and don't. ship to.
Agreed. Seems like it detracts from the user experience to use an auto answer that can't actually be complete.
