Hello! So when I receive a Shopify Inbox message, it automatically sends an email to one of my staff (my bookkeeper)
“A customer is waiting for a response from …”
If you are using the Shopify Inbox app all staff and partners that have access to the store get an email notification every time a customer starts a chat or sends a message. There appears to be no way to control which staff members/partners get the email notifications. If anyone has a solution please share.
I'd like to know this too. Been searching for a long time to resolve this. Only staff that handle live shat need this!
Hi, your staff or the person receiving the emails can scroll to the bottom of one of the emails and click the link "If you don't want to receive emails like this one, let us know." to unsubscribe.
