Shopify invoices not printing correctly with Order Printer to HP printer

Our new POS system using the Shopify app on an iPad is not printing the invoice/return/packing lists properly. When the popup comes up it only shows the current screen shot and will not show all the pages. I have tried Shopify tech support, HP support etc. along with trying several apps and nothing is fixing it. It seems to be printing a screenshot and cutting off the rest of the page(s). We cannot print from a desktop at this location and must print from the app. Any suggestions would be welcomed!!

Hi Freedmans, we recently encountered the same issue as you mentioned here. I'm just wondering if you have already solved the issue and if you have the solution for it. Thanks!
