The access issue stemmed from the Shopify outage that occurred overnight. Although the duration of the Shopify outage was briefer than the period during which app loading was affected, both issues shared the same underlying cause. Our developers have successfully implemented a workaround in the app loader to address the introduced problem, and now the app should be loading for all users.
