Shopify Pro set up

I was able to download the app to my iphone and ipad 

at logo in its asking for email and password,....   cant get past this screen it say invalid email or password....

(Which one is it?) i tried everything and i can easily open shopify on my desktop. 

Tried the QR code from the dashboard says its invalid

typed in the URL and that doesn't work either... 

Any direction?
