I recently started an e-commerce website on Shopify and encountered an error message while linking my store to TikTok Ad Manager. The error states, "Your warehouse location doesn't match. Update location." Despite attempting various solutions, I am still unable to resolve this issue. I need assistance in handling this problem and ensuring a successful integration between my Shopify store and TikTok Ad Manager.

Should none of those solutions work for you, then you can get account help for your TikTok Sales channel through this special portal. Make sure to use this if you reach out as it will connect you with the correct team within TikTok for support.

I'm sorry to hear that none of the offered solutions in the related thread worked for you. Have you reached out to the TikTok/Shopify integration support team for assistance as of yet? It's imperative that you reach out through the portal I linked above and not general TikTok support as they will not be able to assist.
