Shopify Tax Issues - Order fails to sync with Zoho

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue with orders being synced over from Shopify to Zoho. This error only occurs when a sale item is on the order. The order itself comes from a platform called Faire Wholesale and I did notice a couple of things different about this compared to normal discounted items, it creates a new line of the exact same product with a discount. 
The error code I see on Zoho is 

"There is a mismatch between the tax total calculated in Zoho Inventory and the tax total from the saleschannel."

I am wondering if anyone has had similar issues and how did you solve this? Support at Zoho says its a Shopify Tax issue but I have checked this and it seems to be okay.
