I have my ebay linked to Shopify and recently I have been having a major issue that whenever we sell something on eBay, it kicks it back to shopify to try to be republished in the "Ready to be Published" tab. This is becoming a major nuisance as I have to sort through all of our already sold products to find the products I do want publish. I did mess with the sync setting a while ago but I didn't think any of them would cause this so I have been turning off several settings to try to fix this but I have not been successful.
I have called both eBay and Shopify support, both of which told me the other was the issue and to call them. If anyone has any advice or experienced something similar I would really appreciate the help.
