Shoping Chat - Ping. Can customers send me photos through the messaging?

Hello,

I use Shopify Chat - Ping to allow my customers to ask us questions about our products. We specialise in Infrared Heaters and a lot of our customers email us photos of their patios or outside seating areas for recommendations before purchasing. Is there a way of our customers being able to send photos through the chat on shopify chat? This would be much easier.
