Show time plan in subscriptions checkout

Hey everyone,

I would like to sell subscriptions to my customers. When they are in the checkout section on my website, I would like them to see a time plan for their payments similar to the one you see in the screenshot attached.

(The screenshot was not taken in my shop, but in the Shopify checkout, the place where I subscribe for a Shopify plan). 

Does anyone know how I can implement this checkout look in my own shop? Do I need a specific app?
