Slide cart shopping cart overlays the normal theme's shopping cart

Hi there,

I am using the refresh theme. I also use Slide Cart by AMP for my shopping cart. The problem is that the theme shopping cart is still on the site, "under" the Slide cart shopping cart.

This problem occurs when you put something in the shopping cart, then close the shopping cart and finally open it again. You will see 2 shopping carts popping up immediately after each other. The slide cart shopping cart will be on top, and the theme shopping cart will be under it. If you close the shopping cart (slidecart), you will see the one under there (theme).

Please add this code to Custom CSS in Online Store > Themes > Customize > Theme settings
