I have customers who ordered WEEKS ago through my store, I have dropshipped off shein and my customers have not received their products.
I have contacted Shopify support multiple times to be given no response.
Has anyone found dropshipping from shein poor delivery time, I fulfilled item the same day, do I have to fulfill and have my home address as fulfillment address or what's going on ? Need answers so I don't have to refund
Hi, @Sbessentials! The best step to take from here is to contact Shein if they are your dropshipping supplier as this issue ultimately may need to be sorted with them. Shopify is a service that helps merchants set up their own, branded online store - and sell on other channels as well so we can support with issues directly involved with the platform or our services! So definitely reach out to your dropshipping supplier!
