Have you tried to access the Snapchat app on anincognito mode or private browser window? When using an incognito mode, if you're still experiencing the same issues, you can check if you'vedisabled your browser extensions, as these can also impact on your browser performance. You can also ensure that the web browser you're using isup to dateon the latest version. If the issues still persist, you can also try to access the app from another device altogether, just so that we can rule out any device, browser, or caching issues.
