Some questions and doubts about the recent change on Issue limit on Giftcards.

How does giftcard adjustments get treated for these type of limits. When my app issues a gift card for $2,000 to a customer and they have spent $500.

• The gift card balance would be $1500.

Now if my app wants to add more funds to it,

• will the adjustment be limited to 500$?
• will the adjustment will be limited to $2000?
•  ????  (any other expected behaviour)?
