Special Characters from Shopify to Instagram Shop

Hello Community! I have my Shopify catalog connected to Instagram Shop. I've noticed that special characters used in my Shopify Products and Brand don't translate in the correct way (upper case/lower case) to Instagram.  Does anyone know a fix for this? Please see images. 

Also, is there any way to hide the business address of the shop on Instagram (as our brand is only ecommerce). Please also see image.
