Split payment between card and invoice

We have a frequent scenario where we take partial payment of a sale by a customer manually or on the POS by credit card. Then the remaining balance is invoiced to a third party who will then pay by EFT.

Is there an app that will allow partial card payment and then have the ability to generate and send an invoice to an alternative email address for payment?
