spocket app deleted

I have stopped the app spocket due to no need for overseas sales at this moment.

However, the app keep on requesting for monthly payment, how can I cancel the app payment?

Hi there @blmshop!

Don here from Shopify.

Once you have deleted an app from the Apps menu in your admin you should not continue to be billed for this app.

It may be the case that you had entered a new billing period for this app before you deleted it for which you would still be eligible.

If you'd like to confirm your billing status and period with the app developers you can reach out to them for support using the contact details listed here on the app store page for them.

They will be able to access and discuss your account info with you securely and confirm your status.

Are you looking for some specific functionality for your store that this app did not provide in a way that satisfied your needs?

Can you let us know what else you need to work on for your store at the moment apart from this?
