Spocket not cancelling my subscription and keeps charging my bank

Could do with some help. Spocket keeps taking money out of my account even though the subscription was awhile ago. When I ask customer support to help they send me the same automated message that they will take it up with the refund department and nobody ever messages. Ive contacted then numerous times.
