I am still being charged for an app that I deleted from my account months ago. I have had to reinstall the app now, in order to speak to their support team, and they tell me that as the app was installed through the Shopify App Store and is being billed by Shopify, they have no access to the subscription information at their end, now that it has been deleted.
I should have got this sorted out before, but I find the whole help system here confusing - I'm used to instant chat, not a forum base, and I guess I just kept looking for a way to get chat, rather than coming here to get my problem resolved!
My shop is Designs-by-DeSilva and the app was Custom Fields, which I was paying $19 per month for.
I really hope someone can help me please?

Shopify does have a Live Chat Support option. Chat directly with Shopify support they will sort the issue.
