Stock is automatically adjusted when it shouldn't

Hey,

Products are sometimes added to our stock while we do not do this ourselves and this is not the intention. We don't know why, but because of this, our stock is no longer correct. We suspect that an app does this, but we don't know which one because it's not listed either. It says it is added manually. I have attached a screenshot.
