Stock sync issues lightspeed

Anyone who uses light speed POS and Shopify for online - do you use any apps to help sync the stock? When we change the fulfilment location in Shopify (due to a stock discrepancy) we not only have to manually adjust the stock in the new fulfilment location we also need to manually adjust the stock out of Shopify inventory in the original fulfilment location as Shopify makes the stock available again.
