Stopped receiving fulfillment webhook topics. Also can't create new webhooks with fulfillment topics

Our apps have recently stopped receiving fulfillment webhook topics (`fulfillments/create` and `fulfillments/update`). We also can't create new webhooks with those topics. According to the developer API documentation they are still valid for all API versions.

similar issue here: I stopped receiving orders/fulfilled webhooks.

I can register it again, but it still does not work.

Have you found a solution ?

Our issue was invalid OAuth scopes. I believe we needed the ability to write orders in order to register fulfillment webhooks.

The issue solved by itself for me: the expected webhooks were just delayed (by ~24h).

Try to delete the webhook and re-register it. For that, list all the webhooks first using the API. Then delete the targeted We book by calling delete webhook API. For more reference look at the link provided below.
