Store checkout not redirecting to payment session url

Hello Team,

 

As we are developing payment apps, one of our app got this issue. After checkout, not redirecting to payment session url.

Shopify showing generic error message "Your payment can’t be processed for technical reasons. Try again or use a different payment method."

 

Issues with similar heading had been reported earlier and several solutions present in community. We tried all of them but no luck.

 

As per this https://shopify.dev/apps/payments/processing-a-payment Step 2 of payment app flow says, Shopify will make a backend request to payments app (session url). But we are not receiving any. Checked all our server configurations, log, etc. for error but none.

 

More over, there is another payment app we developed, which is running from our same server and that is working fine without any issues.

 

As coding and configuration wise both apps are identical, so we have to rule out our server issues or misconfiguration of urls.

 

Written to payment team and partner support several times but no solution yet.

 

If anyone could suggest possible cause, that would a big help.

Thank you @Triumph-jos for your intention to help. However, we resolved the issue.

For everyone's understanding I would like to share that the issue was actually mTls related. There was a problem with intermediate chain certificate that was configured on our server. This online tool helped us to verify certificate and resolve issue. https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html

For everyone's understanding I would like to share that the issue was actually mTls related. There was a problem with intermediate chain certificate that was configured on our server. This online tool helped us to verify certificate and resolve issue. https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html

Hello, 
I am facing same issue i have registered payment session url ,
Which is already https , And face same issue of "

There was an issue processing your payment. Try again or use a different payment method.".
And not trigger payment session url , 
Any one have idea to solve ?

@Simoni, please check the accepted solution above. This issue most likely related to mTls. Follow the steps explained in accepted solution.

I have checked my domain in https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html tool , it's pass on all chain,
Please help me for resolve this issue  ,
My payment session url not trigger.
