Stuck Trying to Connect Messenger For Instagram to Shopify inbox
I am trying to set up Messenger for Instagram and Shopify inbox and I am stuck at the Instagram Professional Account.
I have a professional IG account already set up and linked to FB Business Manager. I can already link items in my Catalog to products in my IG posts. How can I get beyond this step to set up the messaging option?
