Subscription agreement check box records, where are they?

Our store has a Subscription App, so Shopify enables the Subscription Agreement check box.

Is there a place/property where that "agreement" on their part is recorded?

Context: We get some calls from customers who are unaware of the Cancellation Policy they agreed to, and we would like to keep a record of this Subscription Agreement (time stamped preferably) to solve their complaints but at the same time remind them they accepted the terms.
