Subscription App that also works with Local Delivery

I have a client with a unique situation. They are a product based business that only offers local delivery to a very small radius. They want to have subscription boxes that renew on a monthly basis but I can't seem to find an App that works well for this scenario. Does anyone have any suggestions on a winning combination to make this work? These items can not be shipped by parcel so having courier related information is impossible. Thanks!
