Subscription Queue Similar to Gamefly or Netflix

I want to implement a queue functionality for my rental subscription store. It needs to work just like Gamefly or DVD Netflix where a customer pays a flat monthly fee for the service. When the product is returned, we need to see the next product in their queue, so that it's ready to ship out.
