Suggestions for SMS (messaging) solutions to improve customer service or campaign conversions

I'm currently researching solutions to improve customer service via white glove SMS or Messaging (Telegram, Messenger, WhatsApp etc.) or even improve campaign conversions. I'm wondering what solutions or Shopify Apps are currently being used by the community. In particular it would be great to know how seamless these solutions are with how you currently manage customer interaction or campaigns. Once I have aggregated this I will be happy to share findings with anyone interested. Thanks so much.
