Sync Issue with Subscription Discount Pricing on Ella Theme and Utterbond App

I'm reaching out for assistance with a long-standing issue I’ve been experiencing. I’m using the latest version of the Ella theme along with the Utterbond subscription app.
The problem I’m facing is a synchronization issue between the displayed price and the discounted subscription price. When I apply a subscription discount, the product page doesn’t update to reflect the discounted price properly—it simply doesn’t sync.
This issue has been ongoing for a couple of years now. Although I'm not a developer, I've tried making adjustments to the code myself and have reached out to the app developers several times. Unfortunately, the solutions I’ve received have been unusable or incomplete.
Has anyone encountered this issue or found a potential fix? Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
