Tagging subscription orders using Seal App integration

Does anyone know how to tag subscription orders so that MailerLite can create a group using that tag as a custom field? We're using the Seal app to manage our subscription orders, and MailerLite as our email marketing platform. We want to be able to send automated emails to customers who have not yet signed up for subscription product delivery. We don't want to create separate products for the subscription orders. The customer has the option of selecting "one-time order" or "subscribe every ___ days" when adding the product to their cart.

Thanks in advance for your help!

If you want to automate it you can use Order Automator. Here's how it would work:

1) Find a way to identify the subscription orders (order source / channel is a good one).

2) Create a rule in the app to automatically tag those orders. You can tag either the order or the customer.

3) In your marketing software, include or exclude orders or customers that have the tag. Ideally they can listen for the tag being applied, or compile the list before sending so that it syncs in real time.

My team built that app Order Automator so if you need help or any customizations that aren't available in the public version let me know, we do free customizations to help store owners achieve their automation goals. 👍
