Teelaunch app says not installed but i have it installed

I have teelaunch app installed in my shopify but I've been having issues with tracking inventory as all inventory shows as not available.  Today I saw a tutorial that I actually have to add fulfillment locations in shopify. When I try to add Teelauch it tells me that the app is not installed while I have it installed and have been using it in my shop. The pop up I get also says 'get migration app and try again' Does anyone have any idea what could be the problem? I was going to Uninstall it and try to reinstall but am not sure if I'll loose my work that I've already created using teelaunch on my store.  Suggestions or solutions will be highly appreciated.
