Termination Email

I got a termination notice sent to my email.  I DO NOT have a storefront and didn't apply for an account. The only reason I have used the Shopify app is because some of the products I have ordered from different vendors can be verified and tracked. Why would I be sent a notice for purchases that I made and paid for in full with MY money?
