I tried many days to solve this problem but in vien.
It displayed the following message "There was a problem with this request. We're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can.".
I emailed facebook and shopify support but so far no reply.
Hope someone can give me advice.
Same problem. Support has not helped. Tried every browser on every device I have. Gave it time to fix itself. Still not fixed. Any ideas?

@MicRom ... YES! You need to disable tracking protection. What browser are you using? In Firefox, in the Shopify admin website, click the blue shield icon in the address bar, then disable the Enhanced Tracking Protection. The Shopify admin website will reload. Then try to launch this "Terms & Conditions" again - and Accept it. That should work.
If you're using Chrome or other browsers, please look into how to disable "cross-site tracking protection" or something similar. If successful, please let us know how you managed to solve it for the benefit of others 🙂
