testing storefront performance WITHOUT any products

We're working towards getting our app approved, however one snag we ran into is during the testing storefront performance piece. The details Shopify shared were:

Include a screenshot of your apps Lighthouse performance score results in the "Review instructions" section of your app submission. Refer to our requirements document for more context. Ensure that this covers the screenshot of your apps Lighthouse performance score results before and after the app has been installed. Check this screenshot for your reference on where to include your apps Lighthouse performance score results.

However, to do this, it seems as though we need: "To test your store performance, you need to retrieve a testable home page URL, product page URL, and collection page URL.”

We don't (and won't) have any products for our store, so I'm not sure what the best next step is. If anyone has run into a similar issue, I would love to hear your experiences. Thank you!
