The customer end is unable to upload files, preventing them from successfully uploading images/files

Since October 2nd, customers have been unable to successfully upload files, preventing them from being transferred to the Shopify CDN. During this period, the network has been highly unstable. Does anyone know what is causing this issue, and how can it be resolved? Thank you.
