The Zepto Product Customizer app is not working on my store

I am currently using the Zepto Product Personalizer application to personalize 1 of my products in the store, however after completing all the configuration the button that allows my customers to personalize does not appear, does anyone know what could be causing this?

Thanks for posting! This is an interesting question, while I have never used the app myself, in cases like this I would very much suggest checking on the developer's website/reaching out to them directly. They would be best equipped to make sure everything is set up and fix any bugs there.
