Theme app extension not showing in live stores theme editor section

Hi There
We have developed a standalone app with a theme app extension, and it is working perfectly in our development stores. The review process has also been completed, and the app has been published.However, when we start checking the app in live stores, the theme app extension is not showing up in the Apps section in the theme editor.
Any idea what could be causing this issue?
