I’m trying to purchase from a website I have purchased multiple times prior but this time it’s not letting me. Keeps saying There was an issue processing your payment. Try again or use a different payment method.  Help please

I understand that you are trying to place an order on a store you believe is using Shopify, but are running into some errors in the checkout.


I understand that you have ordered from this specific store in the past, however have you 

confirmed that the payment method information you are entering is correct? I would also suggest trying a different payment method if you have the ability to do so - a different card, or PayPal etc.


You could also try some local troubleshooting steps, like clearing your browser cache & cookies, or even trying to checkout on the store using a different browser or device. This might help to identify if the issue is specific to your own setup.


If the above doesn't work and you are still unable to place an order on the store, then the best thing to do is to contact the store directly. Perhaps they have a contact form or other information on their website that you can use? We aren't able to access any information here on the Community, but if the merchant is using Shopify then they can reach out to us directly for checkout troubleshooting support.
