Thinking to change Order Tracking app on my online store

Hi there. It's been 2 years since i went live with my online store. I am currently using a simple order tracking apps that just works fine.
I am always looking for better solution.There are 2 things I want to know
1. What complementary things I can look for in order tracking app : Like Upsell, resell etc
2. What problems are you facing beside using multiple apps.

hi @CreativeBlaze one such thing that can help you would be the option to have an in-house order lookup page with (live) tracking functionality. This functionality can work wonders if utilized properly. Using this functionality the tracking app would provide the order tracking details in one of the pages within your Shopify store that will be accessible to the customers. They might need to enter their details like the email ID used to place the order or the order number (depending on which application you are using), and the application will provide their tracking details on the same page.

It has a lot of benefits like:

• All this will be happening within your store so you will have the option to bring customers back to your store instead of sending them to the respective shipping carrier's website
• You can modify this page based on your requirements. You can display ongoing or future offers, display products for upselling/cross-selling, bestsellers, etc., and much more.

Regarding problems, I would recommend you use a shipping application with robust tracking functionality. I have come across businesses who struggle with issues like,

1. the shipping & tracking applications are not able to integrate properly,
2. the whole process of order fulfillment becoming complicated and time-consuming
3. the tracking application not being able to validate the tracking details or not adding these details to the Shopify orders
