Third party app settings not loading despite trying different browsers (Trustpilot reviews)

I'm trying to use the Trustpilot reviews app, but every time I try to open the app's settings in my shopify dashboard, I can for a briefmoment see the settings before the screen goes blank.. If I'm fast enough I can even click one of the settings if I want.. I tried using three different browsers on two different computers, but the issue remains.. Any ideas?

I also tried opening the trustpilot review app, in the shopify iPhone app, still has the same issue.

I think it is better to contact the app developers directly.
